GREGORY MATHIEU

Gregory Mathieu, who sometimes goes by Mullein, is an architect, designer, and creative thinker based in Somerville, MA. He is queer, tall-ish, addicted to his french press, somewhat decent at piano, and deeply passionate about design.

His practice sits at the intersection of critical inquiry, comunity, and beauty, guided by the belief that queerness opens new ways of seeing and making. 

His work aims to dismantle the systems and structures that uphold normative behaviors, while also imagining alternative futures - worlds that can be shaped and sustained through thoughtful design.
